Owner of two restaurants and a cooking school, Chef Fabio Bongianni shares with you his culinary passion and secrets, beginning with a culinary walking tour of Rome or a relaxing escape to the country. In Rome, you’ll select the freshest ingredients from the famous piazza, Campo de Fiori. Then it’s off to the Jewish Ghetto, where you’ll pick the meats for your dishes. Class takes place in the warm environment of Chef Fabio’s own apartment, and ends with a delicious meal! Or head to the countryside in Mazzano Romano, just 30 minutes outside of Rome, for a tour of the country home’s garden, a tantalizing meal, and a tour of artisan shops in nearby Calcata and waterfalls in Monte Gelato!

Chef Salvatore Barba conducts his cooking class at Il Ritrovo, a restaurant in Montepertuso, a village 1000 feet above sea level overlooking Positano and the Amalfi Coast. Learn the secrets of healthy Italian cuisine using natural ingredients as well as how to complement each meal with wines from the different regions of Italy. Chef Salvatore will also instruct you in the fine art of table setting. At the end of the lesson you will enjoy all the dishes created that morning, while you sit on the terrace of the restaurant, sip on wine and marvel over the view.
